Memorial Care-Orange Coast Medical Center (OCMC) Parking Structure Project

Project Location:  Located at the southwest corner of Talbert Avenue and Foster Street

Memorial Care - Orange Coast Memorial Care (OCMC) has submitted a request for a Precise Plan of Design and a Specific Plan Amendment to allow for the replacement of a 231-space surface parking lot with a 3-story, 35-foot tall, parking structure with 5-parking levels and 862 parking spaces for hospital employees located at the southwest corner of Talbert Ave and Foster St. The 3-story parking structure with 5 levels will be comprised of a basement level located below ground, 3 covered levels, and an additional level of uncovered rooftop parking above the 3^rd story.
