Fam Vans Project
The City will hold a public hearing before the Community Development Director in the City Council Chambers on Monday, March 6th at 9:00am to review the proposed Fam Vans Project. Per the Crossings Specific Plan, a noticed public hearing before the Community Development Director shall be required for Development Plan Review projects within the Specific Plan.

The Project includes the remodel and development of a four-story, 287,240 square foot building for a van/auto dealership located at 10870 Kalama River. The building will include vehicle sales, offices, service, parts, a body shop, a spray booth, and a truck wash area at the rear of the property with a second, third, and fourth level roof deck for vehicle storage and display.
