Water Billing

***NEW UTILITY BILLING SYSTEM**

Our water billing system will be upgrading to a new software system. The new billing system is intended to be fully operatable by April 30th.  Once the upgrade is complete, please be aware the Water Account numbers for all Utility Accounts will be updated. Your account number will be the same, minus the last two digits( Example: 4163-040000-86 will now be 4163040000).

The new system will assign a unique Customer I.D. for each accountholder. This new ID number will be reflected on your next bill. Please email the billing department if you need the ID number sent to you at waterservice@fountainvalley.gov.

Please keep in mind, when paying through your online banking, city website, or through our automated phone system you will need to enter the new Water account number and new Customer I.D. listed on your bill.

Customers who are already set up on automatic payment will not need to make any updates.

Customers who have a registered account on our website will be able to login with the same login information they currently have.

For any further questions or concerns regarding the upgrade, please contact customer service at (714) 593-4420 or email  waterservice@fountainvalley.gov.
