Payment Methods

Mail: Send your payment by check to our processing center using the PO Box listed below.

 Phone: Call 833-501-5725. You will need your account number. The automated phone system accepts debit or credit card. The only card we do not accept is American Express.

Auto Pay Form: Sign up for autopay by filling out our Auto Pay Application . 

Other payment options:

In Person: Stop by City Hall during business hours at the Utility Billing Department. For after hours, take advantage our drop box located outside the entrance to City Hall.

Online Banking: You can also pay by online banking.  You would just need to list the City of  Fountain Valley as the payee and include your water account number.
