[ARCHIVED] Residential Roadway Rehabilitation Project (Quadrant E7)

The contractor (R.J. Noble Company) is scheduled to perform grinding and asphalt paving work throughout the neighborhood. The contractor (R.J. Noble Company) has provided construction notices and placed temporary “NO PARKING” signs with their respected dates for grinding and paving to all residents in the neighborhood. Please comply with all posted parking restrictions. Vehicles parked in a posted “NO PARKING” area may be towed and will prolong the construction process. For more information on dates and streets being affected, please see the schedules for Cold Mill & Grinding and Asphalt Paving below. The construction work will be done during business hours, Monday through Friday from approximately 8:00AM to 4:00PM

Cold mill and grinding work will be starting Monday, August 11, 2025 through Thursday, August 14, 2025. Residents are allowed to drive in and out of their property when cold mill and grinding occurs. Residents will not be allowed to park on streets when the contractor performs cold milling and grinding on the specific day shown. Residents are allowed to park their vehicles on a street where no cold milling and grinding will be performed that day.

Asphalt paving work will be performed on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 through Friday, August 15, 2025 and Monday, August 18, 2025 through Wednesday, August 20, 2025. Residents will not be able to drive on the new asphalt for approximately 3 hours after asphalt has been placed. Please prepare ahead of time by parking your vehicle(s) on a different street where paving will not occur on that specific day, if needed. Once asphalt has set, then the contractor will open the street for residents to drive on.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation during the construction of this important project. Should you have any questions and/or concerns, please call the Public Works Department at 714-593-4433.
