On Saturday, November 9, from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., the City of Fountain Valley, in collaboration with Republic Services, will host a Compost Giveaway event FREE for Fountain Valley residents to attend. The event will take place at the Fountain Valley Sports Park, located at 16400 Brookhurst St (off Frontage Road).
If you plan to attend the event, please keep in mind the following:
- The event is for Fountain Valley residents only
- Residents must bring their own sturdy containers and fill compost themselves
- The compost will be given away on a first-come, first served basis. Limited quantities will be available, so make sure to arrive early!
