On October 17, 2015, between 12:30 pm and 6:00 pm, an unknown suspect used an unknown object to smash the rear window of the victim’s vehicle, which was parked at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital. The Suspect stole the victim’s wallet and credit cards. The above suspect then went to Target in the city of Los Angeles and made a fraudulent purchase with one of the victim’s credit cards.
