The contractor (R.J. Noble Company) is scheduled to perform asphalt paving work throughout the neighborhood. The contractor (R.J. Noble Company) has rescheduled pavement dates for Teal Circle and Oriole Avenue.
Teal Circle is rescheduled for asphalt paving on Monday, August 18, 2025.
Oriole Avenue is rescheduled for asphalt paving on Tuesday, August 19, 2025.
As a reminder, please comply with all posted parking restrictions. Vehicles parked in a posted “NO PARKING” area may be towed and will prolong the construction process. For more information on dates and streets being affected, please see the revised schedule for Asphalt Paving below. The construction work will be done during business hours, Monday through Friday from approximately 8:00AM to 4:00PM.
Asphalt paving work will continue through Friday, August 15, 2025 and Monday, August 18, 2025 through Wednesday, August 20, 2025. Residents will not be able to drive on the new asphalt for approximately 3 hours after asphalt has been placed. Please prepare ahead of time by parking your vehicle(s) on a different street where paving will not occur on that specific day, if needed. Once asphalt has set, then the contractor will open the street for residents to drive on.
