Through OCTA Measure M2 funding, the HOP ON program provides transportation service through a City contract with California Yellow Cab, which includes roundtrip transportation from Fountain Valley residents’ homes to various destinations in Fountain Valley and up to one mile outside of Fountain Valley city limits. This program provides curb-to-curb service on demand from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m., seven days a week, excluding holidays.
To qualify for this program you must be a Fountain Valley resident and at least 60 years of age or older. Applications can be found online HERE, by calling (714) 593-4446 to obtain a mailed application, or in person at the front desk of the Senior Center, located at 17967 Bushard Street.
