You know working out is great for your physical health, but did you know it also provides a wealth of other benefits like preventing disease, improving mental health, decreased risk of falls, and provides a place for social engagement? The Center at Founders Village Senior & Community Center’s Fitness Room provides all these benefits with your membership to the fitness room. 

Hours of Operations

  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm
  • Tuesday/Thursday* from 8:30am-7:00pm
  • Saturday/Sunday Closed

*Tuesdays the Fitness Room is closed from 2:00pm-3:00pm due to Coastline Community College class.

*Thursdays the Fitness Room is closed from 1:00pm-3:00pm due to Coastline Community College class.

  • 20 Visit Pass | $20.00
  • Yearly Pass | $100.00

The Center at Founders Village Fitness Room amenities includes cardiovascular equipment and weight training equipment. All of the equipment is provided by Orange Coast MemorialCare Medical Center that includes:

Recumbent BikesWeight Bench
Multi Gym Station
Variety of free weights
Bicep/Triceps
Stretch Table


 

Membership Process

  1. Complete Fitness Room Membership Packet
  2. Complete Fitness Room Waiver and Release of Liability.
  3. Complete Orientation with staff member (in-person), and complete Equipment Training List.
  4. Submit forms and make payment.

At Home Work Out

We know that getting to the fitness room with your schedule can be tough! Which is why the staff at The Center at Founders Village has created workouts for you to do at home. All the workouts are tailored specifically for seniors and will focus on main body parts for seniors. Please click on the specific section for that particular workout.
