Tony began his law enforcement career with the Fountain Valley Police Department in 1998 where he worked various assignments including Patrol, Field Training Officer, Detective, and Hostage Negotiations.
Tony promoted to Sergeant in 2010, and Lieutenant in 2017, where he supervised Patrol, Personnel and Training, Traffic, and Investigations. Tony promoted to Captain in 2019 where he initially supervised the Support Services Division, and now manages the Patrol Division.
Tony possesses a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Long Beach in Business Administration. He is also a graduate of the Sherman Block Supervisory Leadership Institute.
