Registration
There are three ways to register:
Register Online by clicking the 'Register Online Here' button above.
Register In Person at the Fountain Valley Recreation Center located at 16400 Brookhurst St. in Fountain Valley or at The Center at Founders Village located at 17967 Bushard St. in Fountain Valley.
Register through US Post Mail, by sending a registration form and payment information to Recreation Center Registrar, 16400 Brookhurst St, Fountain Valley 92708. (Please include an email or self-addressed and stamped envelope to receive a confirmation receipt) (Check made payable to City of Fountain Valley)
