Project Description
The City of Fountain Valley developed a year-round navigation center, the Central Cities Navigation Center (CCNC), in partnership with the Cities of Garden Grove and Westminster. The CCNC provides emergency housing and wrap-around services to individuals experiencing homelessness. The CCNC facility, located in Garden Grove, is currently operational and the City of Fountain Valley has a total of 13 beds reserved for persons experiencing homelessness in Fountain Valley. As of September 30, 2024, 10 of the 13 beds allotted for Fountain Valley are currently in use.
