Fountain Valley Online Forms

2. Interested in featuring your event on the City's website calendar? Please fill out the form below and make sure to follow all guidelines:

   Must be a non-profit organization 501c with proof (upload documentation).
   Event must be held in Fountain Valley. Exceptions for approval will be granted if they directly benefit the FV Community, and the admin will give their consent.  (ex: Golf Tournament hosted by the FV Schools Foundation).
   Event must directly benefit Fountain Valley residents (ex: a ‘Walk for Honduras’ event does not qualify).
   Event must not exceed 1 day (no weekend or month-long events).
   Event must go through a staff approval process before being published.
